Phosphor Studio finds its home in the vibrant Kansas City Crossroads Arts District. Situated at 1730 Broadway, our prime location offers a picturesque view of the Kauffman Performing Arts Center. With the city’s top creative talents, art galleries, eclectic restaurants, and major highways close by, our studio truly puts you in the heart of the dynamic Kansas City creative scene.

PRODUCTION STUDIO
Our Production Suite provides a turnkey solution for a wide range of productions. We’re equipped with lighting, cameras, sound, and fiber internet. Whether you need to conduct a webinar, web broadcast, video conference, webcast, remote interview, or film patient testimonials, we provide the perfect setting for your needs.
AUDIO SUITE
Our 10’ X 13’ main control room is the hub for post-production editing, mixing, and sound design. Our 10′ x 8′ soundproof vocal booth, with its 12-foot ceilings, is ideal for capturing captivating vocals, voice-overs, ADR, and podcasts.
STUDIO RENTAL
Our dedicated team and cutting-edge facility empowers agencies and creatives to bring their visions to life. From photo shoots to video production, our fully outfitted space is customizable to your production needs. With onsite parking and an array of dining options, Phosphor Studio provides a dynamic creative destination for media production.
THE TEAM
JASON ORR
Jason is the Principal and Executive Producer at Phosphor Studio. He has a degree in Interactive Multimedia from The Colorado Institute of Art and over 30 years of media production experience. In 2011, Jason acquired the crossroads location and renovated it specifically for video, audio and immersive studio production. Jason brings an extensive knowledge of technology, design and production to every project. He enjoys bringing people together around a common vision to create world class media and memorable experiences.
ROYCE DIAMOND
Royce possesses a range of credentials in the audio industry. As an Avid Certified Pro Tools Engineer, he has earned recognition for his expertise. A full member of the Audio Engineering Society, as well as a member of ASCAP and the MIDI Association, Royce is deeply involved in the audio community. His passion for the field keeps Royce up to date on the latest technologies, formats, standards, and audio trends , while continually expanding his knowledge and skills.
JESSE BLACK
Jesse is an artist and technician from Shawnee, Kansas. Jesse serves as the Technical Director and Studio Manager, contributing to the studio’s creative energy and helping to facilitate various creative and commercial media projects. With a focus on audio-visual experiences and photography, he holds a deep appreciation for the equipment and tools that allow him to craft these meaningful experiences.
